Personal data we process

Contact and appointment request form: full name, phone number, e-mail address, subject and content of your message, preferred contact channel and meeting type, availability, date and time of submission, record of your consent, language of the form and the country derived from your IP address.

Use of the website: This website does not use cookies. Visitor statistics are kept anonymously: the page viewed, the domain of the referring website, browser language, device type and the country derived from the IP address. Your IP address is not written to the statistics; it is used only at the moment of the request to determine the country and to generate an irreversible visit identifier that changes every day. The key used to generate this identifier is deleted daily, so the statistics cannot be linked to a person.

Server logs: The server hosting the website keeps access logs (IP address, date and time, requested address, browser information) for a short period (about one week) for information security purposes.

Phone, WhatsApp and e-mail: Information you share through these channels is processed to respond to your request. The privacy terms of the WhatsApp and e-mail providers also apply.

Purposes of processing

  • Responding to your request and, where necessary, arranging a meeting
  • Preliminary assessment relating to legal services
  • Ensuring the security of the website and the administration panel and preventing misuse
  • Improving the website using anonymous statistics

Personal data submitted through the form is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)) and, where your request is directly related to the conclusion of a contract, KVKK Art. 5(2)(c). Security logs are based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)), provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Transfers

Your personal data is not sold, used for marketing or shared with third parties. Website and form data is stored on servers in Germany (Frankfurt) operated by the hosting provider Hostinger International Ltd.; data submitted through the form is therefore transferred abroad within the meaning of KVKK Art. 9. E-mails notifying the office of a new request contain no personal data; the details of the request can be viewed only in the administration panel, which is accessible to authorised persons only. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Form requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted. If a lawyer–client relationship is established, the related records are subject to the retention periods under the legislation governing attorneys. Anonymous visitor statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • request information if it has been processed,
  • learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
  • know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred,
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 7,
  • request that third parties to whom your data was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
  • object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
  • claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, you also have the rights set out in Articles 15–21 GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How to apply

You can send your request in writing to the address above or to av.edanurdeveli@gmail.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
